If you can buy on market now at 11.5c then these options are not so free and we haven't even see the newly issued stock properly hit the market yet. I'm predicting one more dump of these to around 10c.

The number one issue at the moment is funding this operation and all SM's 'alternate funding' and 'MOUs' are just a prop for all the things they want to do in the next 24 months which is still highly ambitious for a company with a lowish MC and no JV partner. Maybe a good flow test result will help but if the results are average due to location not sure what happens then. This recent rushed raised looked to have finally broken the capital raise camel's back and no insto's won't be lining up again at 13c if this rights issue fails more like lining up again at 8-9c
