@sailfish, it may be that they're not trying to sell an asset but that they're trying to sell a liability. If, by doing so, they can reduce monthly cash burn by >$70k , the SP should be rising.
They need to call a GM to approve the proposed sale. I would expect an announcement by April 30, the date incidentally, the chairman intends to quit.
