It might be lost on the market that if you raise capital and price stays the same, then market cap increases but EV stays the same. That's because they add the shares on issue and the cash. At ~$1m EV it really ticks a lot of boxes. Going forward, it will tick the most important box....cash in the bank.

The problem is everyone knows the PAC playbook. Clients out on this one with some free oppies and back in on the next raise. So it's a countdown till the next raise with an acquisition.
