The part of this contract which you’ve ignored is the option to purchase the technology outright. Do you know when that option expires? No one that isn’t privy to the deal does.

I wouldn’t be surprised if it expires prior to results being released. This would explain why Killian made an effort to do an interim readout at different timeframes than the ‘actual’ trial, so a more informed decision could be made without creating a legal mess regarding the option expiry had been met.

You can complain all you want about it, and I hope you get up during the AGM and ask these questions of the board as clearly they are upsetting you. But to most others on here the interim results looked pretty good, so $230k worth of shares being issued now vs I dunno, millions in royalties p.a. if this gets traction is a decent investment.
