So you don't know either - so it doesn't escape me that is not the point - its misdirection - the point from my point of view is that the announcement says "The licence is for the life of the relevant TekCyte patents and involves a signing fee and capped" (sic) "success-based" (sic) "milestone payments".

Capped! Success-based! But its not success-based on trial results to give out shares on trial results that aren't in yet. And Capped means they are known. And arsefist was creating a narrative where Kilian was supposed to respond to "do you own the product" with "umm, no". Not "we have a license". Which clearly we do. Which is capped and for the life of the products.

That is the bloody point - the cheering section is opening up for Kilian not based on actually wins or actual performance but based on your guys reading more between the lines than is actually there.

The clouds I am shouting at are the fogs in the heads of shareholders -I cannot possibly hold directors to a standard that other shareholders don't even have the mental clarity to imagine directors might be held to.

This would explain why Killian made an effort to do an interim readout at different timeframes than the ‘actual’ trial, so a more informed decision could be made without creating a legal mess regarding the option expiry had been met.

Do you know that there is an option expiry on purchase (I don't and I don't think there needs to be) ?

I actually prefer keeping the IP owners in without giving them a way to sell their shares and walk away - I think this is another poor precedent - another example of deal with Ross and the CYP board and you can get cash whilst the shareholders have to wait.

You can complain all you want about it, and I hope you get up during the AGM and ask these questions of the board as clearly they are upsetting you.

What is actually upsetting me is that there is nothing I can do if most people don't give a damn and are willing to be paid off - and that does seem to be the way most people are. I cannot possibly get responsible adult behavior out of directors if the culture of entitlement and corruption is just taken for granted as normal by just about everyone else of adult age.

But to most others on here the interim results looked pretty good, so $230k worth of shares being issued now vs I dunno, millions in royalties p.a. if this gets traction is a decent investment.

You and artephius haven't established any rational basis for believing in millions in royalies - to do that you'd have to do some work and outline a scenario where that made sense not just accept and repeat dumb statements made by Kilian or Ross in the past that they were never made to justify.

There was already a CAPPED, SUCCESS-based licence agreement. That could have been disclosed under NDA to any potential suitor when the time is right - the time is not right to be hocking off some toddler (to use an analogy) in an obscene early marriage - its like saying no one (including the parents and guardians) expects the toddler to amount to anything worth waiting a bit longer for, if you do that.

And I actually don't expect much - because of manufacturing (easier to put the therapeutic molecules into band aids without messing around with cells is my belief at this stage of the likely future)- but you guy don't go anywhere near there (that sort of analysis might as well be on mars for folk that just accept a market projection on its face) -but you should at least have the sense to want to know that you are getting something for your money and not just believe that because Kilian has done something he didn't have to do - like get ownership of IP when he had a for the life of the patents licence and a CAPPED royalties.

It may have been better to keep those damn academics around. IF the product has any chance. And if they produced a commercial winner and got royalties THEN I'd say - good luck to them - there baby had merit I didn't see. They weren't just bean stalk sellers that happened to take advantage of Kilian and Ross having access to shareholders funds they weren't having to be accountable for.

You guys don't actually put enough independent analysis into your pumps - they don't rise beyond statements of belief and trust in whoever happens to be in the damn chairs - that is not how you challenge people to perform. Its how you encourage them to repeat crap they've tried before. Like fast self rewards and deals for mates and incentives for supporters and dilution for non supporters.

What happens on both the CYP board and the MSB board on Hotcopper is free kicks for non performing management. Because holders are pumping uncritically to each other. There is no actual analysis is almost all of what holders write as positive posts - so almost all engagement looks negative because the pumpers are hopeless at doing analysis that is constructive. And Kilian too, now as CEO has the main role of being able to put forward a positive narrative - and he doesn't - he is Ross without being Ross.
