    Acquires IP ownership of a vital part of the delivery method for DFU (and other skin wound applications) for $230k. Small dilution.
    I would think Tekcyte's tech would be worth well north of $230k the question is how much? $2m?. thats 8.6X their value.
    Partnering deal on DFU (and other future skin wound applications) makes sense.
