So that works out to be about $21,000 for staff recruitment services. Thoughts on what it could be? Maybe a one-off headhunting fee for a key hire or maybe a broader recruitment service agreement? Possibly short term contract to recruit for the new cyber facility? Interesting this comes after a poster discovered a key hire for EXT - I believe from Tesserent?
Paying for services with shares can be a positive as the company might be trying to preserve funds for growth and if the receiving company holds, they obviously believe the shares will go up.
So that works out to be about $21,000 for staff recruitment...
