Well there you go.

The usual suspects would have you believe, Grid Power is a done deal, about to be delivered, to the door, at Kachi.

However, the attached "Cleansing Notice" rains on their parade.

Specifically, points 3. & 5. attached (not exclusive, and amongst other points):

Point 3: "as a disclosing entity, the Company is subject to regular reporting and disclosure obligations " ;

Point 5: "as at the date of this notice, there is no information that is ‘excluded information’ within the meaning of sections 708A(7) or 708A(8) of the Act that is required to be set out in this notice under section 708A(6)(e) of the Act ".

Perhaps, why there is no announcement of Power is this...

"This joint effort would involve an investment of $250 to $400 million, depending on the final scope of the project. The proposed development includes the construction of an approximately 140 km electrical line, which could potentially be extended to 350 km. "

To date, there is no announcement from LKE, on how they are going to Power the joint.
