Anks ,FBR seems to have made good survival steps re CR and cost reduction and revenue maybe coming soon? Hope so.IMO a real possibility.
At least I can still post my shit for a while longer.
FBR under new management with riot act given by investors in last CR, seems all options open.
New update had hadrian 3 still at CRH facility ,waiting for some govt relief to continue operation .That seems promising.
Previously, under Mike hadrian 3 sent to Miami Liebherr facility.Under Mike WaaS business case was to charge the equivalent cost of bricklayers with the benefits of reduced time to build and waste.
Following the money theme , in Perth
Why would a homeowner ask a builder to build their home with blocks and adhesive with no cost savings?Probably biggest investment in their life.
Why would a developer take risk of using hadrian 2 to build walls , with no cost saving incentive?
We really don't know reason for lack of uptake by builders , but hadrian 2 can build walls in two days , maybe FBR will test market with heavy discount on cost?
I found panadols post , link of 23rd April florida times very interesting.Dan Mckrill interview (hard to say whether it is true , lies or misinterpretation by interviewer).Key points if trueWhat the f. . does that mean?No mention by Mark.
- Dan said good support from local block supplier PMI
- Dan said have three hadrians and brought one over , assume talking about hadrian 1 and 2
- Dan said future plans include 2 hadrians currently being built in USA that should be ready in the spring or summer.
My conspiracy theory , that's all I can call it is that the builds are part of confidential Liebherr R&D to assess manufacturability , scalabilty cost and timeframe to support any major deals.Partly funded by the 2 missing US Mack trucks ordered by FBR and the parts and modules being built , purchased in preparation for JV and meeting first stage of replacing hadrian 3 with US chassis and then 3 more hadrians ASAP.
FBR came up with a cost of $2mUSD per hadrian.
FBR in JV timeline indicated discussions on manufacturing with Liebherr would start after Florida SAT ,Mike said FBR had differences and said FBR would initially manufacture hadrians to , among other things demonstrate the time , cost etc to manufacture.Really heard nothing since until the extension of Liebherr MOU.
