I think you have nailed the present state of affairs Rthek. The fact that Nebari are prepared to negotiate with off-market entities, which appear to be more interested in HRZ as an emerging mid-tier producer and not as a convenient Nebari loan client, is encouraging. Time to take a long look at what coto has promoted on this thread I reckon it makes sense of the period of adjustment beyond Nebari. Just my view, esp.
