The 10c level has been set as the anchor price (Zijin shares, option strike price, etc.)
What is a typical takeover premium? I think 25-50% (i.e. 12.5c to 15c, based on the 10c level) would fall into that category. And based on current or recent average prices, not a bad premium at all.
Do you think that the retail SH's have enough power to avoid this outcome? Hey I hope so, but there are 2 majority holders looking after their interests before ours.
I never said it was a great deal for the retail holders, but I think it is the reality of the situation.
Time will tell I suppose.
