People seem to be talking as if the mining licence is a given? Short memories, the Con Court decision was a given also remember.
"If" the mining licence is granted things will get interesting, but they'll get more interesting "if" we get confirmation of settlement with Amplats & ARM, those boys still wield mighty influence in this part of the world and mining licence or no mining licence, they are a big spanner in the works.
We could count on a cloven hoof how many positive things have happened for NKP in the past few years. Going on prior results though, I'm not anticipating a good outcome at all let alone anytime soon.
Happy to eat my words if i'm wrong, but i only hold now as my little parcel is so far in the hole i couldn't buy many lottery tickets with whats left.
