maxtor you could be right long term, however, I feel 100 mil shares new to the registry have to filter through. Not knowing who the buyers were in the offer I don't know their target price, but I suspect some will reduce risk to some degree between now and 4 cents. In addition, the announcement today suggesting another 300,000 shares or so, may not seem much, but I do wonder why it wasn't factored into the previous raise. I note also that it is to certain clients only, (as was previous raise) so personally i don't see the company offering much to the general shareholders to create value apart from waiting for the sp to rise. By the way I was in originally sub 3 cents, so quite happy with the price I got out at. As I said...watching from the sidelines at the moment.
