Im not sure - just trying to read between the lines! Ive never seen a cleansing prospectus be issued by any companies I follow so I don't understand the purpose.
With a bit more research and looking at what Chill posted above (thx mate) I'm guessing it's either:
1) so the mob issued stock for FGP can sell or;
2) they are issuing more shares to raise cash for operations and that person want to be able to dump em fast!
I'm just guessing though... but it doesn't seem a great development.
