7. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
7.1 Litigation
As announced on 30 October 2017, the Company advises that the cleansing
notice lodged with ASX on 23 October 2017 relating to the issue of Shares by the
Company on 23 October 2017 was defective (Cleansing Notice). The Company
is lodging this Prospectus to rectify the issues associated with the Cleansing Notice
and will shortly file an application with the Federal Court of Australia seeking
declaratory relief and ancillary orders relating to the issue of Shares and the
subsequent offer for sale or sale by subscribers of those Shares. The Company will
keep the market updated accordingly.
As at the date of this Prospectus, the Company is not otherwise involved in any
legal proceedings and the Directors are not aware of any legal proceedings
pending or threatened against the Company.

It doesn't help me to get any idea how long the Federal Court action could take to get CAD shares trading again though.
