Let me also clarify about director loan free shares.
Shares are issued @ strike price of $2.15 and which were given as an incentive such as options etc.
If director plans to sell loan free shares any price under $2.15 money goes to WHA and if they sell it @ $3.00. The .85 cent is director profit and $2.15 goes to WHA for future investments. I doubt Directors are going to sell it anyway but it seems fair to me.DYOR GLTAH
