Ok, a couple of things here:

- Minderoo was still sitting at 129.8M shares on 15/11/17, per its most recent Form 604. an unchanged shareholding that is becoming more diluted over time. (I know there wasn't a question about this. Just thought I'd throw the numbers out there.)

- Yes, Jefferies became a substantial holder on 30/06/17, as announced on 03/07/17 (Form 603). 55,496,510 shares held at that time, representing 6.00% of POS (also at that time). There have been no updated 604s from JB since their initial 603, which implies that their shareholding percentage has not moved more that 1 percentage point since then.

- Citibank: I'd say that Citibank are holding the shares for JB in their capacity as a (nominee) custodian bank for and on behalf of JB.

Notwithstanding the above, I think you've spotted an oversight. According to my records/calcs, JB should have also been mentioned in that table at 7.4.

So having now done the calcs which show their updated shareholding percentage to be 7.03%, I think JB might have just crossed the threshold requiring a Form 604 to update the market of their increased percentage shareholding (up from the previously advised 6.00%).
