I hear what you are saying but the Chinese will want to see coal being barged before the stick in their lollies. We were on the same promise last Dec but there was no coal afloat & the other Chinese company pulled out then.
Its all about coal being barged; otherwise we have to wait until the 55 klm road is up and going.
A wet September will do the trick, but.
Any ideas on the North/Central Kilimantan long range weather forecast?
