    it is just a cleansing statement, because the stock has been in suspension for 5 or more days in the past 12 months it cannot be put out as a cleansing statement, it can and has been labelled a cleansing prospectus, a legal play on words, just some housekeeping out of the way, the path is getting prepared for the final countdown, 7 working days and counting
