The whole game is a bit silly, the governance associated with ASX listed companies is fascinating, and the discrepancies around how a company can manage itself and how ASX governs companies is wide, but I have compared to no other country so perhaps this is as good as it gets lol
Not sure why secondary trading restrictions bother existing if a company can just waive them. Oh you can’t waive them because suspended for 5 days (arbitraty??) just do a prospectes, and some chum makes 8 grand in the process.
Anyway, to your point, I don’t think it applies to those previous shares issued, only to issues under this prospectus or before 21 Dec, everything else unaffected from my understanding.
