@rastes please stop spreading such rubbish, the shares will be put into escrow as per the Notice of Meeting and Explanatory Statement dated 21 August 2018 and point 4.2(g) at the bottom of page 10: "The MGI Consideration Shares issued to MGI (or any of its associates) will be escrowed for a period of 12 months from issue date" this will NOT change, you really need to do some proper research and read the announcements
