There are other holders that may be open like Harun Abidin. 25 million.
Once they take up 28.125 million, any future purchase (like the 37.5 M options) will trigger T/O.
Although I don't think that a holder of greater than 20% buying more shares is prohibited.
So they could launch into buying from other holders rapidly and action options and 28.125 M after that??
