The $15 is part of the process, so they can do a new cleansing notice to ensure after we are unsuspended nothing else needs to happen.
They still need to apply to the court, which they have said they are doing. Once it is in the court, it shouldn't take long.
They do make it clear that the court doesn't have to say yes and therefore AB1 could remain suspended indefinitely. However, I think they just legally have to say that as opposed to it being a likely outcome.
