Proposed listing of OliveXThe Company’s majority owned subsidiary, OliveX (HK) Limited (OliveX), a company registered in Hong Kong, has commenced steps to seek a listing on the ASX (Proposed Listing). The terms of the Proposed Listing have not been finalised, however it is anticipated that the Company will retain approximately a 30% interest in OliveX upon completion of the Proposed Listing. OliveX is aiming to complete the Proposed Listing later in 2019.
