Hi Sjlasx, you are correct, this is all just paperwork surrounding the issue of options to LDA capital that was approved under resolution 6 at recent meeting.
These "cleansing prospectuses" tend to confuse holders but they become quite common once your company has been in trading "suspension" for more than 10 days in the past year, they then need to provide "cleansing prospectuses" to ensure new issues are tradeable within a 12 month window.
