This offer is not open to the public. There are 100 shares on offer in total and it is only available to those extended an invitation by Directors. The information is a little confusing and in one place the Prospectus notes 100 shares and in another it notes 650 shares - might be an error in there I think.
In any case, the purpose of this Prospectus is not to raise capital - the proceeds are less than the costs involved ($8,128).
The purpose of this Prospectus is to remove any trading restrictions that may have attached to shares issued before the closing date. Essentially, this is just administrative “housekeeping” to remove/address some specific restrictions.
