    I think it has something to do with the conversion of shares with a strike of .00002 Chimp...

    Maybe they weren't structured properly initially, and a special prospectus has been released to same person.

    Just guessing though, someone will know.

    Not too much derived excitement today, but brings more opportunity I suppose.
