So 352 shares not taken up. As the offer was one for each 41 shares held (from memory) that's about 14 000 fully paid shares. Say 170 million on issue so does that mean there was a take up rate of 99,9915% of shares offered? I guess that would include those that requested more than their entitlement. Even so if I have this right that's an extraordinary take up rate and shows the confidence the shareholders have in the company. I guess when there is an offer below the current SP, regardless of the volume, it is automatically classified as price sensitive.
Did those that requested more than their entitlement get issued all of the extras they asked for?
