I agree, perhaps they do not realise significance of the REE discovery. This morning's announcement was cheeky IMO. Holders being given opportunity to increase position, not marked price sensitive... but goes on to state the preliminary analysis of the newly appointed REE expert consultant of our discovery is actually indicative of HREE, ie: Dysprosium and other HREE, these are significantly more valuable than other REE. Also states the discovery area has a significant footprint.
