If you recall correctly, they started hiring after the ICU ticker and name change because they had successfully raised $3M and $10M and were looking to increase business. Would you prefer they weren't hiring and firing instead? Hiring is good when the staff are utilised properly, so no, it's not a joke. What is a joke is that you are still hanging around here with your half-arsed comments.
