He is on $367k incl. super, just outside your range. You'd be hard pressed to find a decent (not just wannabe know it all) CFO for less than $300k these days.
Performance rights do not start vesting until 2026. So if the share price does not go anywhere and he stays on current salary, then in 2026 he would get extra $150k in shares on top of $367k salary. There will be another AGM at the end of the year to judge his performance and allocate any future performance rights, if any, accordingly.
The point I am making is that unless he is incentivised there is no motivation beyond managing affairs. The incentive is to grow. They could have attached milestones for vesting but usually that gets manipulated and sometimes detrimental to the overall company performance.
