Have you even gone through prospectus? Adam gets just 5mln performance rights (say $230k in total at today's value), 2/3 of which vest in January 2026. And 1/3 in January 2027. What extreme wealth creation are you talking about? The one we are all aligned with and dependent on his performance. If he 10x the share price to earn $2mln, I am all for it.
The other 12mln rights is split between 3 directors. Considering that they otherwise get $60k pa and were instrumental in what AVM currently is, I have absolutely no problem incentivising them with $160k each to shoot for the stars.
The whole thing was voted on at the AGM...
