    So this offer is proposed to issue 1,250,000,000 shares so nearly doubling shares on issue and this is only to be used to pay Trade Creditors. So none of this raise will go into the Company Coffers. Desperation at its finest IMHO . Anyway I hope all the poor old creditors get taken care of.
