the company is going to raise $700 - but the prospectus costs are going to cost $19,000. watso did a "clusty" search on a "cleansing prospectus" - it seems that it could have something to do with a "secondary market"

whatever it is, it seems to be more of a proceedural thing, than ary real capital raising initiative.


all about the benefit of hindsight. but a capital raisng a year ago would have been at $2 per share, and that could have been converted immediately into american dollars - as the exchange rate was close to parity
