The expiry date of options always causes ructions in the 'heads' trading for reasons already explained,
and in our case is furthur complicated by parties capping the SP. making a sell heads - convert options
a costlier exercise for the holder.
There is a positive in a larger share base for companys in their formative years, more individual
holders give a wider support base for funding.
