Judging from previous Directors Notice on 23 July, Louie still has jus over 6.5 Million options that have not yet been exercised. I'm looking out for this in the next Appendix 2A that will hopefully arrive this evening.
That would be a bit over $200k yet to come. This is huge considering he has already paid $378,761 to exercise a 11.5 million block of NVAO in July (early exercise to advance the drilling program). Also, it seems like he has not sold any heads to be able to exercise the previous batch.
If the remaining options are exercised, then that is an immense sign of confidence from management.
