One thing that's been in the back of my mind for a couple of days is this issue with the date in March and the profitability of the company before that date giving the other party an 25% operating intrest in the PB area.

If the company doesn't release any flow rates then we won't know what kind of cash we are making and hence keeping the other party in the dark, so to speak. I don't know if this is leagly but anyway....However, the company can still announce a JV partner and plans for the near future can't they. This wouldn't have any bearing on the profitability of the BP and hence the SP will still apprieciate (quite significantly imo).

So what I'm getting at is yes, Morebull, Scotty et al you are probably very correct in your assumption of getting a lot of house keeping out of the way to clear the deck for some major ann's.
