You have just outlined the reasons why I have put all my eggs into the GGP basket.
Interesting to read some respected fund managers now saying that diversification of portfolios since the GFC is the wrong thing to do.
If you find a winner thats going forward in this enviroment just keep riding it.

Seams like no one whats to sell there shares this morning.
Its becoming a regular theme as the daily volume is decreasing. What happened to all that new supply. Must be under the mattress.
