GGP issued another 3,000,000 convertible notes @ .05 as per today's Appendix B.... to raise $150,000.00
Anybody offer any reason why this is necessary at this stage of the game? Wouldn't the $9m odd being raised over the past few months be enough?
A minor issue I guess but just can't help feeling someone's nest is being feathered.
