Hi Bigdream and all,


More undisclosed shareholder dilution makes one wonder what the complete plan is here.


If the current team are trying to totally destroy shareholder value they appear to well on track. If the share gets down to 1 cent then I for one think the 45% fall on the sword may not be sufficient.


If the management message is to somehow suggest that with a 45% pay cut they are only being paid peanuts they need not worry because I for one am clearly getting their message.


Sheer incompetence bordering on the criminal as far as I can see today.
