Minnow? It's a shell. This is a reverse take over, so ODN will become gridComm and then gridComm become a publically listed company with access to the capital raising mechanisms of the ASX to expand. Currently gridComm are pushing into numerous new markets, this sort of expansion carries a lot of initial costs before returns, a private company can be more limited by cash flow and credit restriction – that's my take.
