I do "worry" however. My mood is not spoiled by the share price or a change in the fundamentals. My confidence is shattered due to a CEO's shady moves. I don't like to be robbed and I raise an eyebrow when it looks like I'm being robbed. I want this to be investigated regardless of how much I might gain in the end. If ASIC finds evidence of foul play such as insider trading or embezzlement, I want people in prison. It's not for vengeance or some other silly reasons, I simply want my future investments to be made into a that much clearer business environment - human nature is crap and you need sticks to complement the carrots to keep ASX business viable. To be honest, I don't think ASIC can catch anyone with half a brain, even to get an investigation started is a challenge (the more of us report it or collaborate to put together a solid case the better), so my perception of the people leading this business will change little regardless of the outcome.
