As previously stated on this board, Dave Reeves, Calidus MD, owns nearly 17% of Keras shares & is unlikely to sell his quota when Keras’ shares in Calidus are distributed to its shareholders. Good luck to him too, he has been prepared to put his own money into this project time & time again. I am in England and have seen no evidence of Keras shareholders looking to sell the Calidus shares. There are several private investors with substantial shareholdings who, yes, are keen to receive their quota of Calidus shares, but with the intention of holding them as an excellent investment. The price of gold, A$2264 as I write, is tipped to rise even higher, and Calidus’ intentions seem to be to prove up many more ounces In the next year, so, really, why would anyone sell now?
