Everyone is a substantial shareholder in this one except for us poor suckers. Our shares are now confetti value. Oh well lets hope the management buyout will give us some funds and we keep the ASX listed shell and can vend a decent asset into it and recover some of our money. This management should have realised that you can't take a small family run company because thats all it is and IPO it with all the costs, distractions and reporting requirements that comes with a listed company.
