Called this ending 18 months ago when they listed. I couldn't find a broker to short them annoyingly.
ASX raising questions whether the business is trading whilst insolvent might just accelerate this supposed management buyout. There would be nothing left for shareholders after this buyout, would be surprised if non-majority shareholders receive more than 3 cents on the dollar.
