Given none of the current Directors or executive staff (i.e. CEO, CFO) were present in 2016, I'd say these legacy STI PRs were awarded to non-executive staff (i.e. other senior managers) who are still on staff. Given the timing of the conversion, my guess is our soon-to-be outgoing Chief Geo, SW, exercised which triggered the conversion to FPO shares. (Incidentally, this conversion represented the last of the old PR Plan long-tail PRs that were held on the books, per p.59 of the most recent annual report.)
