Amazing, I can't believe they're offering this up, and I love how they're going to participate! I'd buy some too if I were them, after all they're going to get it paid back to them.

Seriously though this might have been an option if they had say a significantly material announcement, and as they're so cash strapped maybe they might then reward the long suffering shareholders with an offer in line with this to enable the business to capitalize on the development, but otherwise I feel they're just grasping at straws.
