I'll give you a few things to consider, rather than just relentlessly posting negativity, and on the previous thread stating you hope is doesn't go to 5, before suggesting 3..

Firstly.. The Ann says a PARTNERSHIP (which we know from previous anns is Oracle) may not happen until after holiday period.. It's a good heads up to not bother with the downer manufactured deadlines (which is a PO reward condition).
They have stated they expected this quarter, and the Ann doesn't say it won't be, but it may be after New year.

If after New year.. Paul misses his reward, so maybe you would see that as a positive, dilution wise, assuming noroa get exercised?

We all wanted it by now, and would've liked to see a spike before consolidation.

Will this Ann actually encourage buying, by confirming "AT LEAST 2" of these major partnerships are very close?
All the negative posters saying they won't eventuate... well, it's sounding like they are very near, and multiple, not just Oracle.. metaswitch?

I'm assuming there's something taking a bit extra time (like always) that was probably realised late last week, and brought on the $200k placement to keep asx happy with all the reports from Nor haters!

It is my guess that we have yet another insto/big buyer that is buying up the company.
Obviously a great sign how quick they can get a placement done.. just wish it was after news at much higher prices!

We haven't seen a sub holder notice (yet), which has me thinking another new insto, within 5% currently.
While the usuals keep telling us they'll be dumping shares.. we have seen purely buying in my opinion.. and I suspect the same party.
You know it's likely I will be correct about this, like every other time it's been argued against.
I would not be surprised if a new holding has not just 66m unsold, maybe 10's of millions more... maybe someone can post a t10 next week - assuming the placement has been allocated?

I'm certain those automatic buy orders at 4 are an insto.. but no doubt you will all argue that too... and suggest it could only be a pump for a pip profit!

I'm sure certain 4 buyers will be hoping to see some sellers.. but there's very few left on the sell side.. if 5 gets hit, nor much at 6, and a suss order at 7 that I wouldn't be surprised if it moved once it's not so safe.

Regards to consolidation.. I suspect a certain partnership was meant to be by this week or next, but will now be soon after consolidation. That will be 1 less thing we see nonsense downramps about "2.3b shares!!"

Also.. this cleansing statement is confirming at least 2 expected partnerships..
Don't be surprised if Telco deals are as close or even closer!
Keep doubting there is a new big player accumulating......
