At least Nor is heading the right way, with strong buying ahead of expected partnerships and Telco deals.
.. and in my opinion is being bought up/accumulated by yet another big bastard.

Keep telling yourself a quick $200k placement (without Noroa) is a big scary 15% raise that Nor rarified for!
I don't think you have much longer to lap up the negativity.. and I think it's becoming very obvious some sell/not held regulars are well aware things are about to warm right up.
