The discount is 25%. The share price was at all time low last month at 0.4 cents. So, not sure how this is allowed. Has anyone seen a fine print detail I missed?
66,666,666 plus 33,333,333 from the last announcement gives 100 million shares issued for $300,000 on the same day. This is around 7.5 per cent of the existing shares. In effect, everyone's holding is diluted by around 7% for $300,000 including interest.
